Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Enrevia (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including team owners, administrators, and members.

2. Description of Service

Enrevia is a contact enrichment platform that helps sales teams find verified email addresses, phone numbers, and company data for professional contacts. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, and Chrome browser extension.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Billing

• Free accounts receive 25 credits per month.
• Paid subscriptions provide additional credits as described on the billing page.
• Credits are consumed when enriching a contact for the first time. Cached results (previously enriched contacts) are served at no credit cost.
• If no contact data is found during enrichment, no credits are deducted.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
• One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent credit usage controls
• Use enriched contact data in violation of applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA)

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate contact data by aggregating information from multiple verified sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. You are responsible for verifying data before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Product Guru IT Ltd. You retain ownership of your account data and enriched contacts. We do not claim ownership of data you upload or generate through the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrevia and Product Guru IT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
